Cofinimmo has appointed Jean Kotarakos as future Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Kotarakos will replace Jérôme Descamps, who has resigned from his position on 08.02.2018, and will join the company no later than 09.07.2018. The appointment is a subject to the FSMA approval.
Jean Kotarakos is a Commercial Engineer from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (ULB). He has been teaching the Executive Programme in Real Estate since 2010. He has previously worked at KPMG and D’Ieteren, and served as Cofinimmo's Chief Financial Officer in 2007. During his career, he took on various financial positions within companies, always contributing to their success.
Jean-Edouard Carbonnelle is currently supervising the Group’s financial teams and operations. If applicable, as from 09.05.2018 and until Kotarakos takes up his office, this task will be fulfilled by Jean-Pierre Hanin.
