The Technical Commission for Territorial Planning and Urban Planning of Cluj County approved the construction of a spa complex in Jucu de Sus.
As per the technical documentation, the upcoming spa complex in Jucu de Sus will be constructed on approximately 6.7ha of land, with the spa facilities covering 1.5ha. The complex will also feature accommodations, restaurants, a green area with pedestrian and bicycle paths near the village lake spanning 2.6ha, and a lookout area on the slope.
The municipality of Jucu is the investor for this project and will be responsible for the expansion and connection to building networks, construction of proposed buildings, access road infrastructure, and development of public spaces, playground, and park.
