City Garden Residence has fully sold the 36 luxury villas that make up the first phase of the Bonton Luxury Villas complex developed in Pipera, behind the American School. The residences in this phase were purchased mainly by foreigners, 70% of whom were final buyers and 30% investors.
The Bonton Luxury Villas project, developed in two phases, with an investment of over €19m, comprises 66 spacious, premium-finished and modernly equipped luxury villas, along with a private club with a swimming pool. The complex is located near the Baneasa Forest and just 200m from the American School.

The project villas feature some of the largest living areas on the market, between 293m2 and 327m2 , and include up to 7 bedrooms, with living and dining areas, 2 or 3 terraces and gardens of up to 200m2 . The homes offer modern amenities such as a home office or an interior elevator.
The developer is currently selling the second phase of the project, comprising 30 villas. The homes are currently being finished. The price of a villa starts at €449,000 + VAT.
