Castellum has sold four retail properties as well as one office building in the Bolanderna business area of Uppsala, Sweden to Svenska Handelsfastigheter. In total, the properties comprise approx. 50,000m², including the Bolandcity shopping mall. Sales price amounts to €64.1m (SEK 678m), after a €2.84m (SEK 30m) deduction for transaction costs and deferred taxes. The portfolio is fully leased, with the rental value amounting to approx.€6.6m (SEK 70m). Major tenants include Citygross, Decathlon, Systembolaget, H&M, Lindex, Swedol, and Granngarden.
