Cala Homes continues to strengthen its presence in Kent. Tonbridge and Malling Council have approved planning for the project allowing for a new community consisting of 125 new homes, 40% of which are marked as affordable, to come to Tonbridge.

The purchase of land in Woodchurch in such quick succession is a sign of our growth trajectory – many of us within the team know Kent extremely well, enabling us to support our ambitions in the region. We look forward to submitting Reserved Matters proposals for the scheme later this year.”
More new homes are also set for Woodchurch, Ashford, where Cala has completed the acquisition of a site with outline planning permission for 40 new homes. The homebuilder intends to submit a reserved matters application for the scheme later this year.
