BNP Paribas REIM SGR, on behalf of the Celio fund, bought a logistic complex in Montichiari (Brescia) Italy, concluding the third acquisition operation since the constitution of the Fund, after the ones of Roncello and Colleferro.
Launched in 2014, Celio is a closed real estate fund reserved to institutional investors created with the scope to acquire logistic buildings with high qualitative standards and prime tenants.
This real estate operation, scouted and finalized thanks to a private negotiation with the owners, concerns a modern logistic complex of around 32,000m², entirely rented by “Festa Trasporti & Logistica Srl”.
After this acquisitions, the fund still has liquidity available to be invested on logistics assets in Italy.
