Real estate services provider Bilfinger Real Estate has been awarded management contracts for four shopping centres in the Netherlands by its existing customers Bouwinvest and CBRE Global Investors.
The contracts relate to the Mercurius Center in Assen and the Waagstraat Center in Groningen, which are part of the real estate portfolio of CBRE Global Investors, as well as two shopping centres in Amsterdam - Stadionplein and Mosveld - which belong to the Bouwinvest Dutch Institutional Retail Fund N.V. The four retail properties have a combined total of 48,400m2 of retail and 3,800m2 of office space as well as 24 residential units. Bilfinger Real Estate will be responsible for centre and property management at these properties.
