Benugo, the award winning British restaurant, café and catering group, has signed a lease at Picton’s Angel Gate Estate for its head office.
Following a comprehensive refurbishment, the 295m² (3,177ft²) unit has been let on a ten year lease at an annual rent of €179,811 (£151,000), reflecting €638.34 per m² (£47.50 per ft²).
This letting is a continuation of Picton’s ongoing strategy at Angel Gate to increase value and income by taking back older space and tailoring it to meet modern occupier requirements.
Tim Hamlin, Senior Asset Manager at Picton commented: “We are delighted to have secured Benugo at Angel Gate as they add a strong brand to our occupier mix and will be a great addition. This letting further demonstrates the success of our strategy to reposition the estate”.
Picton was advised by Thompson Yates and Benugo by Strutt and Parker.
