Aviva acquires Amsterdam office (NL)

Aviva Investors Real Estate has acquired the office building ‘Keizersgracht 572’ in Amsterdam. The asset has been sold by APF and Angelo Gordon. Built in 1685, Keizersgracht 572 is a historical asset situated in the UNESCO protected world heritage site of the Canal district in Amsterdam. The building has been completely refurbished to a Grade A standard while retaining the historical character of the front house. The property comprises 1,680m² of office space arranged over a basement, a lower floor a raised ground floor and 4 upper floors. The property offers a very beautiful garden as well as a terrace and features an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Label A++, the lead architect was Benthem Crouwel Architects.

 

The building is located in the prime canal area of Amsterdam, one of the most sought-after locations in the Netherlands. The asset offers excellent connectivity via bicycle, train, metro and tram.
