Univery residential development in District VIII, Budapest with its sleek yet dynamic design, has reached its highest point. One of the AVICO Group's latest residential buildings was celebrated with a topping-out ceremony to mark its structural readiness. The energy-efficient building, located near prominent universities, was designed with the needs of young people in mind. The condominium is expected to be handed over in the first quarter of 2025.
The six-story Univery will include 112 apartments based on the Casiopea Group's design. Most of the apartments have balconies, and the wide multi-panel windows allow plenty of natural light, enhancing the brightness and spaciousness of the interiors. The environmentally friendly building, with an A+ energy efficiency rating, has been optimized for sustainable operation and utilizes renewable energy sources.
"The rehabilitated areas of District VIII continue to develop at a tremendous pace, so there is still a huge demand for apartments in the area, both for owner-occupation and for investment purposes. The proximity of the universities, Rakoczi Square and Orczy Garden, one of the largest green areas in the city centre, make the development particularly attractive for both young people and investment buyers. Therefore, we have aimed to meet the expectations and tastes of the new generations in terms of style and layout," said Akos Ronai, Sales Director of AVICO Group.
