Atenor announces the sale of building A of Vaci Greens to a group of private Hungarian investors.

This building is the first of the three buildings built by ATENOR in the Vaci Greens complex in Budapest. Building A, finished in September 2013, contains 15,700m² of office space, 88% leased to various tenants (General Electric, Sykes, Enterprise, BNP Paribas Real Estate and Budapest Bank).

The whole of the Vaci Greens complex, started in 2008 by ATENOR, includes six Class A office buildings with a total surface area of over 120,000m².

The complex, ideally located in the heart of the highly dynamic Vaci Corridor business district has obtained the "BREEAM Excellent" environmental certificate; it attracts tenants of repute including General Electric who chose Vaci Greens as the location of its European Global Operations Center. The sale of building A will have a positive impact on ATENOR's results in 2017.

Building C was sold in December 2016 to the Czech investment fund ZPF Investment.
