Arricano Group, the leading developer of commercial retail real estate, entered into lease agreement with the "Multiplex Holding", one of largest Ukrainian cinema operators.
Under the terms of the lease agreement, a "Multiplex" 7 screen cinema will open in SEC "Prospect", which has been developed by Arricano Group. This cinema can accommodate more than 1,000 viewers, it will be one of the biggest cinemas on left-bank part of Kiev. "Multiplex" will occupy a GLA of about 3,500 m² and will be located on the second floor of the SEC. It will perform as an anchor of the entertainment zone of the SEC. The "Multiplex" cinema in SEC "Prospect" will be the 14th cinema of this network in Ukraine.

The opening of SEC "Prospect" is scheduled for the third quarter of 2014, it will be one one of the largest shopping centers on the left bank of Kiev. The shopping and entertainment center will have a GLA of 40,500 m² and a parking lot with a capacity of 1,500 parking spaces.
