Altera Vastgoed NV (Altera) has acquired an individual supermarket in Eindhoven from a private investor. The single supermarket has a surface area of c. 1,820m² and its own car park, with 59 parking spaces. The supermarket has been leased to Amazing Oriental on a multi-year agreement.
The supermarket is located on Langdonkerstraat, in a flank area on the edge of Eindhoven city centre. It is easily accessible by car, bicycle and public transport, and includes a car park. Supermarket Amazing Oriental will be part of Altera’s sustainable food & convenience portfolio.
Altera’s CEO, Jaap van der Bijl: “An important pillar of our investment strategy is the further growth of the supermarket share in our portfolio. This purchase also adds to the diversification of our tenant pool, as we welcome Amazing Oriental to our portfolio as a new tenant.”
