Accor has finalized a franchise agreement with Minimax Group to open Mercure Prishtina City - the first Accor property in Kosovo.

Mercure Prishtina City boasts 75 modern guest rooms, one restaurant, a lobby bar, a spacious lounge area, and fully equipped meeting rooms as well as a wellness club. The hotel is part of a larger investment by the Minimax Group, which includes the Minimax Shopping Centre located just 50 meters away and a modern residential area known as Minimax City. The hotel is located within a 20-minute drive from Pristina International Airport.
