ZFP realitni Fond, managed by ZFP Investments, has acquired Woloska 24 office building in Warsaw for over €60m. The asset is A-class office property located in the Mokotow district of the Polish capital. It was developed by Ghelamco in the year 2016. Woloska 24 comprises 23,500m² and offers 518 parking spaces in an underground car park. It also has an additional above-ground car park. There is a separate car park, changing rooms and showers devoted solely to cyclists. Comfortable access to the building is ensured through two independent entrances from Woloska and Magazynowa streets as well as through the close vicinity of bus and tram stops. The building was developed according to the highest standards of sustainable performance. The building has an Excellent-rated BREEAM certificate. The property is nearly fully leased. Current tenants include NEST BANK, ARVAL Group, Hyundai and Teleperformance.
