WING is transforming HOP in Budapest into a technology office park, from now on called HOP Technology Office Park. The real estate developer took into account the ever-changing business and ESG needs of employees and potential tenants for modern offices, as well as the specific technical requirements of technology-intensive companies, resulting in a new kind of downtown campus, both internationally and domestically.
The location is conveniently accessible on foot, using public transport (railway, tram, bus, trolley) and by car, while its central location along Hungaria korut also allows easy access to motorways.
The project will involve making existing buildings more energy-efficient and constructing new buildings that will be powered exclusively by electricity. The new buildings will be designed to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification and will include energy-efficient equipment such as heat recovery fans and free cooling chillers, as well as the use of rainwater for irrigation. They will also feature a prefabricated facade, facade glass with UV-protection, and other ESG-friendly features.
The campus features a bistro restaurant and a cafe with a terrace, a fitness room, and a conference room, as well as Wigo car-sharing service, communal electric vehicle charging stations and bike storage with changing rooms for shared transport.
The real estate includes a large green garden with a fountain, a conference center, occupational health services, and a modern access control system. The development will expand the existing green areas, with a focus on creating a welcoming environment for companies and their employees.
