Referring to the public announcement of June 5, 2002 and the offer made on May 3, 2002 the Van Herk Groep announces that 128,984 (certificates of) ordinary shares in Nationaal Grondbezit N.V. (Nagron) have been declared.
In acquiring these shares Van Herk now holds 7,290,864 sahres in Nagron, i.e. 98.56% of all outstanding shares.
As a consequence NagronÂ's quoting on the stock exchange will cease as soon as possible on or immediately after July 4, 2002.
