Valad Europe, the leading diversified real estate investment manager, has acquired the Victoria office building on Fascinatio Boulevard 200 in Rotterdam from CBRE Global Investors. The acquisition was made on behalf of the Valad Netherlands Diversified Partnership (VNDP). Valad's most recent acquisition for the VNDP was the Haagse Poort office building in the Hague.

Victoria is a landmark asset with two connected 10-storey buildings comprising 22,778m² of office space and 478 parking spaces. Built in 2008 and designed by architect Marcel van der Schalk, the building is a modern asset in a prominent location by the A16 motorway. Tenants in the building include KPMG, Meijburg & Co, Refresco, Pointlogic and Towers Watson.

Mark McLaughlin, Valad Europe’s head of Benelux, commented: "Victoria is an excellent addition to the VNDP portfolio and follows our recent acquisition of Haagse Poort. This transaction brings the total investment volume for VNDP to almost €300m and we are still looking for good quality assets that match our strategy.”

De Mik Bedrijfshuisvesting acted for Valad Europe on the purchase and CBRE Global Investors was advised by CBRE, JLL and DTZ Zadelhoff.
