Toivo Group Plc (Toivo) has published a new owner-occupied housing project for Vantaa’s Vapaala. The value of the project is approximately €2.5m and it includes a total of six family-sized houses. The homes are single-story detached houses and will be built to meet energy class A standards.
As Oy Vantaan Clara will be brought to marketing during February and reservations for the apartments will begin in the coming weeks.

The homes are very popular single-story wood-structured detached houses, where each home has its own cozy yard area. The project is expected to be completed in spring of 2026,” said Jukka Lampela, Toivo’s project manager on the project.
