Toivo Group Plc (Toivo) is launching a new €4,5m owner-occupied housing project in the Torpparinmaki district of Helsinki. The project is a semi-Hitas development and will consist of twelve apartments in total. The properties will be brought to market before the end of 2024.
“We are happy to carry out a small-scale housing project in one of the most sought-after areas in Helsinki. The project will be part of the city’s semi-Hitas program, which means that the prices of the apartments will be regulated for the first sale. After that, the buyer is free to sell the apartment on the open market,” explained Petter Ruuskanen, Project Development Manager at Toivo.
"The project will be brought to pre-sales later this autumn, and construction is expected to begin around the turn of the year," added Toivo's Chief Operating Officer, Urho Myllymak,.
