OTE ESTATE S.A. Real Estate Property announces the launch of an open tendering process for the sale of a unique real estate property, located at 15 Stadiou Street to Anthimou Gazi Street, Athens.

All interested parties and investors will be required to submit documents demonstrating their eligibility before 16 September 2016. Interested investors will have full access to the asset’s data folders via a “Digital Data Room (DDR)”.
