Technopolis acquires Stockholm office scheme (SE)

Technopolis has acquired the Kista Front complex in Stockholm from Atrium Ljungberg. Technopolis’ new campus in the most dynamic region in Sweden and the Nordics will significantly strengthen the company’s position as the leading expert in shared workspaces in the Nordics. Totaling over 44,500m², the Kista Front complex is home to several leading ICT, technology, and telecommunications companies. Technopolis has already successfully introduced its concept to Sweden in Garda, Gothenburg, and the company sees a lot of potential in bringing Technopolis’ innovative workspace solutions to the new campus in Stockholm. The purchase price was not disclosed.

“We are very excited to bring our unique concept to Stockholm and help organizations in Sweden succeed and grow in the new era of hybrid work. Technopolis is recognized in Finland for its long track record and high customer satisfaction and loyalty. We now have the opportunity to provide the vibrant network of companies in Stockholm with our sustainable workspace solutions that are adaptable and always tailored to the customer’s needs,” said Niko Pulli, CEO of Technopolis. “Not everyone will come to the office every single day after the pandemic. But when we talk to companies, they are concerned over a future where the office does not act as a common unifier, a sort of a campfire to gather around. It is challenging to build a sense of camaraderie or a strong workplace culture while working remotely. Our adaptable concept, our proven high customer satisfaction, and the way we truly care about the customer will be among the key factors in Stockholm as we respond to our customers’ needs during this transformational time.”
