Swiss Life Asset Managers, acting on behalf of the "Swiss Life Living + Working" public fund, has acquired an office property in Helsinki for c.€19m. Located in Pohjois-Haaga district, the scheme was constructed in 2015, and comprises 4,500m² of rentable area and offers 122 parking spaces. The main tenants are KONE Hissit, PROACT Finland and Lease Green.
