Sponda has signed a sale and purchase agreement concerning the sale of Vuosaari harbour assets, including Vuosaaren Logistiikkakeskus Koy, Vuosaaren Porttikeskus Koy ja Vuosaari Service Center Koy, to Tellurium Investment S.à r.l., a company affiliated to Blackstone Real Estate Partners Europe IV.
The sales price is approximately €100m which corresponds to the fair value of the properties on 30 September 2015. The purchase price is subject to customary adjustments. The sale is expected to be completed by the 16th of December 2015.
The properties in Vuosaari harbour, constructed by Sponda, consist of 65,000m2 of logistics area, 15,000m2 Porttikeskus and 4,300m2 Vuosaari Service Center.
The agreed sale of the assets is part of the implementation of Sponda's strategy and in accordance with Sponda’s plans to sell its logistics portfolio.
