Sirius Real Estate has acquired the Plusculus office property on the right side of Rhein River between the Airport Business Park and the Cologne/Bonn Airport. The transaction was completed on June 1. The Düsseldorf-based Capital Markets Team from Apleona acted as agents. Both parties have agreed not to disclose details of the purchase price.
The building in the Frankfurter Straße was completed in 1993 and has a rental space of approximately 20,000 m². It is nearly fully rented and generates annual rental income of about €2m. The seller is the closed property fund HFS Deutschland 9 from WealthCap.
