The prolongation of the lease agreements of eight entities of the French advertising giant Publicis Groupe in Platinium Business Park has been finalized, totaling around 14,000m² of office space with an increase of 1,600m² from the previous agreements of 12,167m².
This is the biggest transaction on the office market in Warsaw this year so far. White Star Real Estate supported Allianz Real Estate with the lease negotiations.
Platinium Business Park is located in the centre of Mokotów, which alongside the Central Business District is the foremost office location in the Polish capital. The tenants benefit from close proximity to Galeria Mokotów, one of the biggest and most visited shopping centers. The complex consists of five Class A office buildings. It has a total floor of 58,000m² whereas 56,000m² are reserved for office and 2,000m² for mixed-use. In addition to its excellent visibility the building offers a relaxing lake area. Other tenants include blue chips like GE Medical, K2 Internet, Verifone, Peugeot, Panasonic, Levi Strauss and TUI Poland.
With the acquisition of Platinium Business Park in 2012 Allianz Real Estate entered the Polish market. Meanwhile the portfolio includes two additional assets: the Warsaw Financial Center and the Silesia City Center shopping mall in Katowice for which ARE was honored with the Investment Deal of the Year 2013 Award launched by Eurobuild CEE.
