Panattoni to extend Wroclaw Campus (PL)

Panattoni has launched construction work on Wroclaw Campus  – its largest project in Lower Silesia – where it has already delivered 185,000m². The developer has just begun the development of a 30,000m² building. Upon its completion in Q1 2024, the construction of a further 130,000m² is planned. The development costs for the two new buildings come to €116m.

Panattoni entered 2023 with over 200,000m² of speculative space under development in Lower Silesia – the highest figure for a single region throughout the entire country. Extremely high figures were also recorded at the end of the Q1 this year.  The company is prepared to meet the strong demand for one of the most attractive regions in Poland. For this reason it has launched work on the extension by a further 30,000m²  of Panattoni Park Wrocław Campus – its largest development.

“Wroclaw Campus is at the centre of one of the most highly developed logistics zones in Europe. International companies are choosing this strategic location since they depend on being able to easily reach many European markets, while maintaining the low operational costs that Poland still offers. Having direct access to the A4 and A8 motorways opens up the German and Austrian client base, which numbers more than 100 million people. Any region with such huge potential will have a huge requirement for industrial space so creating further business clusters such as Wrocław Campus and Wrocław South Logistics Hub in Magnice is only a matter of time,” said Damian Kowalczyk, the Development Director at Panattoni.
