Panattoni Park Warsaw West goes into final phase (PL)

Panattoni is constructing the third and final building in the Panattoni Park Warsaw West development. The 16,460m2 building is being constructed to meet the needs of XBS Logistics and the logistics operator plans to start operating in the new warehouse facility from July 2025.

Panattoni Park Warsaw West in Błonie is one of Panattoni’s key Warsaw-area developments. Upon completion of the third and final planned building, the centre will comprise a total area of over 90,000m2 of modern warehouse and production space. The development has already been fully commercialised.

Panattoni Park Warsaw West is a project that perfectly matches the needs of companies looking for warehouse space in the Warsaw area. Is is located just 26 km to the west of the city limits near the planned site of the Central Communication Port. Once again, our work with XBS Logistics demonstrates that the standards and locations we offer at Panattoni can attract the leading players in the logistics market,” said Michal Samborski, Head of Development at Panattoni.

With the new space, XBS Logistics is to strengthen its logistics operations in the region by securing the additional area it needs for future contracts.

Our development strategy is to provide optimal logistics solutions through the use of modern technology while at the same time protecting the natural environment and local communities. We were also looking for a location near our already operating XBS centres. The space in Panattoni Park Warsaw West is an ideal fit for our requirements,” said Jacek Kołodziejczyk, the joint CEO at XBS Group for XBS Logistics & XBS PRO-LOG.

The park's strategic location offers access to the vast Warsaw market and is close to key communication routes. National Road 92 allows quick access to the A2 motorway, connecting it to major logistics centres in Central and Eastern Europe, including Warsaw, Łódź, Poznań, and Berlin. It’s just a 35-minute drive from Warsaw’s city centre and Chopin Airport.

The centre features modern infrastructure designed to meet tenant needs, incorporating solutions to reduce water and energy use for lower running costs. It will be certified under BREEAM with an Excellent rating.

The development of Panattoni Warsaw West not only represents a further step to strengthen Panattoni’s position in the region but also an opportunity for the further development of industry and logistics in the Warsaw region,” added Michal Samborski.
