Panattoni has leased c. 15,000m2 to KMC Services at Panattoni Park Tricity East V. With this deal, the 50,000m2 building constructed in the first stage of the development has been fully commercialised. A second building is planned, and eventually, the park will comprise 105,800m2.
“KMC Services has been continuously pursuing its expansion plans, of which one key project is the creation of a comprehensive intermodal north-south link together with the full servicing of the warehousing and transhipment needs of our clients in the north and south of Poland where our company also has warehouse space,” said Maciej Pichor, Logistics Director of KMC Services.
“The new tenant has decided to take up all the remaining space in the first building of Panattoni Park Tricity East V due to the park’s superb location, its modern infrastructure and its available warehousing space ready for immediate usage. The location of Panattoni Park Tricity V allows for markets to be served effectively both in Poland and throughout Europe. It benefits greatly from its proximity to the Baltic Hub Deepwater Container Terminal and to the A1 motorway, which allows for effective logistics operations and easy access to key transportation routes,” said Martyna Sochaczewska, the Leasing Director at Panattoni.
The Tricity park is to undergo BREEAM certification for a rating of Excellent. The buildings of the complex are to be equipped with solutions for saving water and energy as well as for promoting user well-being. Additionally, green areas are to appear on site including a double line of trees, flower meadows with insect shelters and a pocket park next to the entrance to the offices.
