Panattoni completed facility for Air Spiralo in Szamotuly (PL)

Panattoni has completed the construction of a new production and warehouse facility for Air Spiralo in Szamotuly, near Poznan. The new 9,200minvestment will significantly enhance the company's production and logistics capabilities.

The new BTS facility is located near the existing Air Spiralo factory, allowing for the consolidation of logistics and production processes. 4,200m2 of space has been adapted for production processes, and 4,100m2 for warehouse operations. Offices will occupy 900m2

The completion of this investment is further confirmation of our flexibility and ability to implement projects tailored to the specific needs of our customers. We are proud to support Air Spiralo's growth with a state-of-the-art facility that opens up new business development opportunities for the company,” - said Marek Forynski, Managing Director at Panattoni BTS.

I would like to thank the entire team and partners for their commitment to the new production facility. This investment opens up tremendous opportunities and is a key element in our business strategy. By locating the hall in the vicinity of an already operating factory, we will be able to efficiently manage our growing production and logistics, which is crucial to our further growth in the European market,” - said Roland Schrodter, CEO of Air Spiralo Poland. “Air Spiralo has been present in Szamotuły since 1992. We consistently rely on this location primarily because of the competence and professionalism of the employees, without whom our success would not be possible,” he added.

The construction of this facility was somewhat of a challenge, as it largely fell during the winter period. Adequate development of the brownfield site was also necessary. The more we are pleased that we delivered the investment to the client on schedule,” - said Paulina Sokolowska, BTS Development Manager at Panattoni. “Panattoni fully adapted the facility to Air Spiralo's technical and operational requirements. The hall was designed with its versatility in mind, so that in the future it will be possible to convert warehouse space into production as production increases. It included the need for enhanced wall and ceiling insulation in the warehouse section and preparing the roof for increased daylight availability.

The Air Spiralo plant will now be equipped with new technological lines and machinery. The developer also applied several solutions to minimize water consumption, energy consumption, and CO2 emissions and adapted its roof for photovoltaic installations and cooling equipment. The investment will undergo BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.
