NSI N.V has acquired office property ‘Ypsilon’ at the BioScience Park in Leiden for €15.4 mln, with a gross initial yield of approx. 10%.
The BioScience Park is one of the top five most successful science parks in Europe. The 110 hectare park houses 60 companies and research institutions and is the largest life sciences cluster in the Netherlands.
Anne de Jong, CIO of NSI, commented: “The BioScience park in Leiden is a fundamentally strong office location where we wanted to expand our position. The focus on life sciences and the connection with the University of Leiden make this location a hot spot for biotech companies and start-ups. The BioScience park area is therefor also an excellent HNK location in due course.”
