Nordisk Renting buys a strategic property in Turku and welcomes Revvity as a new customer.
The property's tenant, Revvity Inc., is one of the world's leading healthcare and diagnostics companies. The property is located between Biolaakso and Lauste industrial areas, about 5km from the centre of Turku. The property and Revvity are part of Turku's well-established Health Campus with a concentration of health industry operators, and the property covers a functioning laboratory, production and office complex, with a total leasable area of c. 29,000m2. This makes the property one of Revvity's largest research and production facilities, serving their business well, as evidenced by the long lease.
