Njord Securities has on behalf of Glastad Farsund, a Norwegian family office, acquired Cort Adelers Gate 30 in Oslo. The property is a fully let 16.000m2 office and school building, with Oslo municipality and Handelsbanken being the two biggest tenants.
The buildings have been significantly upgraded over the last years and the property is situated in Vika, which is the prime central business district in Oslo.
