Niam purchased three healthcare  properties in Finland

Niam has acquired a portfolio of three healthcare and hospital properties in Finland, totalling 18,000m2. The portfolio comprises two properties located in central Helsinki (Bulevardi 22 and Saukonpaadenranta 2) and one in the heart of Pori (Itsenaisyydenkatu 33). The seller is the eQ Community Properties Fund.

 

The primary tenants of these properties are prominent Finnish private healthcare providers: Terveystalo, Mehil?inen, and Docrates Cancer Hospital.
