Niam has acquired a fully let office property with a lettable area of approximately 16,000m² for €28.1m (DKK 209m). The property is located in Borgervænget, in the northern part of Copenhagen, with close proximity to the train station and easy access to the city center as well as the main highway.
Johan Bergman, Niam CEO, says: “We are happy to add this fully let property to our portfolio. The area has an excellent infrastructure and we expect it to undergo a further positive development over the coming years”.
The transaction has been completed as of October 1, 2016.
