Niam acquires office property in Copenhagen (DK)

Niam acquired an office property from a Danish property fund. The property, comprising approximately 5,341 m², is located in Holte, Copenhagen and is fully let to IBM.
Johan Bergman, CEO at Niam, says, “This was an opportunity for Niam to acquire a high quality office property with strong cash flows. The property fits well into the existing portfolio that is well positioned to benefit from an improved economic outlook and development in Denmark in the years ahead.”
