Niam has entered into an agreement to acquire Helsfyr Panorama, a high-rise office building situated in the Helsfyr area, which lies on the Eastern fringe of Oslo city center. Helsfyr Panorama is located at an established office hub, easily accessible with public transportation options such as the metro and bus services, both located just a few minutes away. The terms of agreement weren't disclosed.

The building has a BREEAM In-Use "Very Good" certification, and we look forward to further developing the property and improve the environmental profile in line with Niam’s sustainability ambitions. This acquisition represents an excellent opportunity for Niam to strengthen our presence in the Oslo real estate market while adding value to our investors and contributing to the economic development of the area.”
