Niam has acquired Copenhagen Business Park, an office complex with a lettable area of 67,000m² that currently has around 50 tenants. The property is located south of Copenhagen near the E20 highway, by the Copenhagen Airport and the bridge to Sweden.
Kristian Krogh, responsible for investments in Denmark at Niam, says; “We are very satisfied to have been able to acquire one of the largest and most significant office properties in Denmark. We are looking forward to realizing the potential that we see in the property supported by the proximity to the airport and the city center.”
The transaction was completed on December 20, 2016.
