NAS Invest acquires Drei-Kaiser-Bau scheme in Frankfurt (DE)

NAS Invest has acquired the core-risk landmark office and commercial property known as "Drei-Kaiser-Bau" in Frankfurt's city centre. This historic building, located in the well-known Kaiserstraße, comprises a total rental area of approximately 5,300m², of which 4,000m² are dedicated to office usage and 1,300m² to retail space on an almost fully let basis with long-term rental contracts.

“Drei-Kaiser-Bau" was built in 1894, bearing great resemblance to the neo-baroque style, designed by the architect, Eugen Greiß. After being damaged by airstrikes in 1944, the building was re-constructed with the inclusion of an additional floor and a simplified facade in 1952. The property benefits from an excellent location within a walking distance from the main shopping street “Zeil” as well as the inner-city transportation hub “Hauptwache”. The purchase price was not disclosed.
