Meadow Partners has acquired 20 Victoria Street, SW1, an office building in London’s Victoria market. The acquisition follows the firm’s purchase of neighboring 10-18 Victoria Street, SW1 in June 2015, and marks Meadow London Core-Plus Fund LP’s ninth investment.
Originally constructed in 1974 and refurbished in 2018, 20 Victoria Street is a nine-story building comprised of approximately 13,185ft² of flexible office accommodations with features including VRF air conditioning and an 8-person passenger lift. The building is well-situated near the Royal Parks of St James’s Park, Green Park, and Hyde Park as well as excellent transport links, with three of London’s six most trafficked mainline stations -- London Victoria, London Waterloo, and London Charing Cross within a 15-minute walk.
Andrew McDaniel, Co-Founder and Partner at Meadow Partners, said: “We are excited to acquire this attractive office property in a sought-after market and leverage our experience in Victoria to scale our footprint in the area.”
Mike Tremayne, Principal and Fund Manager at Meadow Partners, added: ’Having successfully executed on our core-plus thesis through previous office investments at 9-13 St. Andrew’s Street, EC4, 20-22 Tudor St, EC4, The Harlequin Building, SE1 and C-Space, EC1, we are pleased to recycle some of our proceeds into the heart of the rapidly evolving, mixed-use Victoria real estate market.”
