LCube has received a building permit for the LCube Mszczonow development - an industrial and warehouse park of c. 31,500m2 on a plot of c. 80,000m2. The new LCube industrial and warehouse park will be built in Mszczonow, close to the entrance to the S8 route, about 50 km from Warsaw, which makes it a site of great interest to both the logistics industry and distribution companies.
In Mszczonow, LCube has the possibility of constructing a building up to 40m high and providing an electricity connection with a capacity of 2.5 MW, with the possibility of increasing it, which can be an asset for companies interested in a fully automated warehouse, cold store, freezer or production hall. The developer also assumes that all new facilities, including LCube Mszczonow, will meet the requirements of BREAAM Excellent certification.
"The project envisages a reinforced roof structure enabling the installation of a photovoltaic system. Thanks to the high connection capacity, we also have the possibility of installing heat pumps. We are focusing on a wide range of ecological solutions that will contribute to reducing our tenants' service charges. Issues related to ecology, or more broadly to the ESG strategy, which as a developer we have already fully implemented, are now increasingly important for our tenants." Domini Los, head of Leasing at LCube.
