Kungsleden has signed a lease agreement with Regus in the property Färöarna 3 (Kista One) in Kista. Regus, the global workspace provider will lease 1,500m² in the property and are expected to open during the first quarter 2016. The agreement marks their entry into the Kista market.
Regus’ offers convenient, high-quality, fully serviced office spaces for people to work, whether for a few minutes or a few years. Their customers include some of the most successful entrepreneurs, individuals and multi-million SEK corporations on a global level. Besides its 2,600 worldwide locations, Regus already has operations in Stockholm, Solna, Gothenburg and Malmö.
Kungsleden acquired Kista One in March 2014, as part of the Kista portfolio, from Areim for SEK 2 bn (€210m). The portfolio consisted of Kista One and three additional office buildings with a total area of approx. 73,000m².
