UBM, a development company, chose Knight Frank as property manager of yet another building – the Pegaz office complex in Wroclaw. Together with the newly added property, Knight Frank manages 9 buildings in Wroclaw with a total area of some 165,000m².
"We have decided to collaborate with Knight Frank, following the great experience we had while cooperating in our Cracow site – Alma Tower. The Pegaz complex in Wroclaw is a truly one-of-a-kind project, where tenants can feel a cosy atmosphere and stay close to the Old Town Market. The building users’ comfort is our top priority,” said Jakub Mirosławski, Head of Sales and Marketing at UBM Poland.
“We are happy that UBM, with whom we already work together in Cracow, has once again entrusted us with managing their property in Wroclaw. Together with the Pegaz complex, Knight Frank now manages 9 properties on the Wroclaw market. We hope that the negotiations, which are currently held, will lead to a further expansion of the portfolio in the coming months,” said Magdalena
Oksańska, Head of Property Management at Knight Frank.
Knight Frank currently manages two buildings owned by UBM, after it was appointed property manager of the Alma Tower in Cracow, with a total area of 19,500m².
Pegaz are two 5-storey buildings in the very centre of Wroclaw. Their total area amounts to 18,500m². They are located at the crossing of Kazimierza Wielkiego, Grabarska and Ruska streets. Pegaz combines modern architecture with the city’s rich history. The buildings have 360 parking lots available to tenants. The central location provides access to a wide range of public amenities and services.
