Knight Frank has been selected by the international holding company Wisher Enterprise to be the sole agent responsible for the commercialisation of the office building ‘Grzybowska 43’. Currently under construction, the building will offer a total area of approx. 10,600 m² for lease. It is planned to be commissioned in Q2 2016.
Grzybowska 43 is a 13-storey office building with approx. 10,100 m² of office space and 550 m² of retail space. A 3-level car park is located under the building. The investment ensures maximum flexibility when it comes to arranging space for its future tenants. The effective use of the common areas will allow for the optimisation of rental costs. Grzybowska 43 will also be bicycle-friendly, offering bike racks, bathrooms with showers, and changing rooms.
The building is located within the central business district of Warsaw, close to one of the city’s most important arteries (Al. Jana Pawła II). It also guarantees quick access to city buses, trams, and the ‘Rondo ONZ’ underground (Metro) station, as well as to a wide choice of hotel and conference facilities.
