The Warsaw Tenant Representation team of Knight Frank secured four lease transaction in June this year. In result, lease contracts for some 5,000m² of office space signed in sites throughout entire Warsaw were. The transactions included both new lease contracts as well as renegotiations.
1,500m² of the transactions are new lease contracts. Impaq, a consulting and IT services provider for finance and telecom companies, leased some 1,160m² in the office building Wołoska 24 with the support of Knight Frank experts. IDG, a marketing services provider for tech companies, decided to move into an office of some 340m in the Spektrum Tower building.
Experts from the Warsaw Tenant Representation team of Knight Frank advised two companies in renegotiations which resulted in lease contract renewals for 3,460m². One of the companies is Ricoh, a multifunctional digital office device producer. The company decided to stay in the Business Garden building, where it leases some 2,800m². The second company – Mellon, a specialist technological solutions and outsourcing services provider, renewed its lease contract for 660m² in the Mistral building.
Earlier this year, the Warsaw Tenant Representation team of Knight Frank, led by Bartek Włodarski and Artur Sutor, finalized three lease contracts (for more than 10,000m²). Among the advised tenants was Grupa Allegro, who leased 7,600m² in the Q22 building as well as Grupa IPOPEMA and the law firm Magnusson, who renegotiated their contracts.
