CSKA PFC and JLL have signed an exclusive leasing, sales and marketing agreement for the 68,400m² CSKA Arena located in Moscow’s north-west at 3rd Peschanaya Street, 2A.
The business element of the scheme consists of three buildings: the 38-floor Golden Tower (39,000m²) designed to resemble the UEFA Cup trophy won by CSKA in 2005, and two 11-floor towers – Blue Tower and Red Tower – each totaling 13,000m². Golden Tower has great panoramic views of Moscow. The scheme has underground and multi-level parking for 1,400 cars.
Elizaveta Golysheva, National Director, Head of Office Agency, JLL Russia & CIS, comments: “CSKA Arena is a long-expected iconic project that merges the realms of sport and real estate. From a commercial real estate perspective, it combines a great north-west district location in high demand from tenants, excellent transport access, the most popular office class (B+), high-quality engineering and technical specifications, a comfortable green environment, well-developed local infrastructure, and the famous CSKA brand. The office space at CSKA Arena will prove attractive for any company considering the opportunity to lease or purchase good offices in comfortable conditions at a great location.”
Andrey Zarubian, Chief commercial officer, CSKA PFC, adds: “CSKA Arena is a unique project combining several important functions. The scheme has been designed and is being constructed in accordance with international-quality development standards. On the one hand the office element reflects the CSKA brand, and on the other it represents an independent business centre with separate entrances, a modern design and excellent technical specifications including professional soundproofing and security systems, as well as support services for tenants and visitors to the buildings. Thus, both sport and business functions will be able to work in synergy or on their own at the same time. We are confident that JLL’s experienced team will help us to successfully lease and sell office space in the business centre.”
