Invesco Real Estate, a global real estate investment manager, has completed the leasing for Neue Hopfenpost, its 50,000 m² mixed-use property in central Munich, following active repositioning of the asset to diversify and improve the tenancy mix.
IRE is delighted to announce the lease renewal for data centre provider, Equinix and the onboarding of Ruby Works, the creative working solutions provider, part of the Ruby Hotels lifestyle brand. These two tenants add value to cutting-edge tenants and new concepts recently onboarded at Neue Hopfenpost such as Amazon-Prime, Box Kitchen and one of Germany’s most modern Rewe supermarkets, which includes a Starbucks Coffee House.

The new image of the property is also characterised by the recent arrival of Ruby Works. As part of Ruby Hotels, an international lifestyle hotel brand, Ruby Works offers creative work stations and comfortable design offices. Just like the Ruby brand’s hotels, Ruby Works pursues the aim of providing “lean luxury” to a postmodern target group: All the essentials of a luxury stay, but with affordability, by concentrating on the essentials. The first office village of Ruby Works opened in May 2017 with an office space of c.850 m².
