infinitSpace has opened a new flexible workspace in Gouden Bocht, Amsterdam, its third ‘beyond’ branded workspace in the Dutch capital.
Located in Amsterdam’s historic Canal District, ‘beyond Gouden Bocht’ is spread across three floors of Herengracht 471, a listed building that dates back to 1666.
The flexible workspace totals almost 1,000m2, including a mix of coworking space, private offices and meeting rooms. It is surrounded by popular restaurants, bars and boutiques, while its city centre location boasts excellent transport links.
The property is managed by Nuveen Real Estate. infinitSpace, a Dutch company that creates and operates flexible workspaces on behalf of commercial landlords and asset managers, entered into a management agreement with Nuveen in Q3 2024.
beyond Gouden Bocht is infinitSpace’s third workspace in Amsterdam following the opening of beyond Zuidtoren in Q3 2023 and beyond Republica, which opened in Q1 2024.
Wybo Wijnbergen, CEO and co-founder of infinitSpace, said: “We are absolutely delighted to open our third workspace in Amsterdam. As home to infinitSpace HQ, the city has a special place in our hearts, so while we are growing globally, it is always great to expand our Amsterdam portfolio.
Herengracht is one of Amsterdam’s most iconic and desirable locations, and partnering with an internationally renowned institution like Nuveen Real Estate to bring a beyond workspace to this historic building is huge for us. We’re confident that members will love beyond Gouden Bocht – we’re over the moon to open the doors and see the space come to life.”
Organisations interested in visiting or securing a space in either location can do so by visiting the beyond Gouden Bocht or beyond Quartier Heidestrasse website.
