The owner of Meraki Business Home in Vilnius, BH Meraki UAB, an SPV of Baltic Horizon Fund, concluded a transaction at the end of last week, in which Groa Real Estate Opportunity Fund UAB, managed by Groa Capital, acquired the property.
The sale price of the asset was approximately €16m. The proceeds will be used to redeem €3m of Baltic Horizon Fund bonds and repay the loan from Bigbank.
Baltic Horizon Fund notified its investors of the signing of the sale and purchase agreement through a stock exchange announcement on 7 March 2025.
