Genesta has acquired the office property Ferring/Neroport located in Orestad City, Copenhagen from Castellum. The 32,704m² multi-let building will be transformed into a modern and sustainable property to suit the future demand from office tenants. With its 80-meter tower, the landmark property is one of the highest buildings in Denmark, even visible from the Oresund bridge. Located between the city centre and Copenhagen Airport, the office property benefits from excellent infrastructure, including Orestad metro station right outside the door.
After the anchor tenant, Ferring Pharmaceuticals vacates the property Genesta will undertake an extensive refurbishment to create a modern concept to suit the changing office landscape. The transformed property, coupled with its excellent location, will make it an attractive product on the leasing market.
